Description
This device was invented to curb the problem of losing children in crowded places, shopping mall for instant. This device is meant to be attached to a child's body. When the child moves outside the parameter of 30m, the device immediately sends a signal to the parent's smart phone which will activate the alarm system.
Highlights
This device uses Bluetooth component which is attached to the Arduino board. When the circuit is switched on, the Bluetooth signal is sent to the smartphone. Smadem Apps needs to be installed on phone and users must press the Bluetooth button to HC06 (Password:1234) to establish the connection. When the DETECT button is pressed, the sound 'beep' will go off, both from the smartphone and the device. This indicates that the child's whereabout is within a safe and secured range. If the the child moves beyond the parameter of 30m, the sound 'CARI' will go of from the phone.if the child returns inside the parameter, the sound 'BEEP' will go off again when the parent presses the DETECT button. Users can log out by tapping EXIT button
