This web based learning project is developed to enable user to learn Basic Japanese language vocabularies and grammar using e-learning platform application. Moreover, e-learning not only allows knowledge to be accessed anywhere, any time, and by anyone, but it also guides learners in attaining the exact skills and knowledge at the exact time in order to function as active, self-reflected, and collaborative participants in the information-based society.
