Eggs are the main raw material food sector in Malaysia. Conventionally, separation of eggs by its grade has been done manually which consume the slower process. An Electro Egg Sorting Machine was developed by using weigh methods to overcome the conventional grading process. Eggs can be divided into two grades, which is high grade and low grades. There are some steps taken to ensure this project objectives are achievable and the problem solving have been resolved. The objective of this methodology is to test the validity and reliability of the results. At first, we had to find the mechanical and electronic item. After that, we did start our first phase which is doing the mechanical work of combining a polyvinyl chloride pipe (PVC), bearing and the leather fabric to make a conveyor. We used pine wood as our base and the overall project. This machine is used a high-tech which is using load cell that connect to Arduino, to detect the egg grading operation according to their weight. In this project also have servo motor that will detect the load cell and then decide the grade of egg. Other than that, have an IR counter that can count the egg
