A 2-in-1 electricity generator which uses two natural resources, wave and wind energy, comprising:a vertical framework;a hollow housing mounted within at least one opening on the framework, said the housing comprising a frustoconical section at both end with defining a top and bottom opening and a cylindrical section at centre; an air operating turbine placed within the cylindrical section inside the housing;an adaptor system module attached to the turbine by a shaft;and a vertical axis wind turbine attached to the other end of the adaptor system module extending beyond the top opening by a shaft.
