This research and product named Bamboocrete Multipurpose Panel is the sample made from lightweight concrete reinforced with bamboo and acts as the new alternative in achieving affordable and sustainable building materials in construction industries. With the proven design axial strength of 100 kN (10 Ton), it achieves the functional and technical requirement as wall panel. The bamboocrete then were subjected to four-point bending and achieved ultimate load of up to 30 kN. The bamboo used in concrete panel greatly contributed to the bending capacities of the panel. Bamboocrete returns to almost its original form after the load removal. Further, bamboo used in concrete panel can be used in earthquake or a hurricane prone areas, where it provides flexibility for the panel.
