This product presents new method and technique to adjust the position of microphone on its stand automatically. The proposed method is operated by triggering the two sensors at the rostrum to detect the presence and height of the spokesman. The microcontroller will detect and adjust the lenght of the micophone stand. The microphone will be lifted up until it is level with the mouth of the spokesman. This product development is motivated by the problem that often arise invariably when speech wish to be done via microphone. Normally, the difficulty of changing microphone positions, lenghty speeches and notification of time limit by chairperson will somehow distrub the speech session. This system has an automatic adjustable microphone that can overcome the problem of manual adjustment. The product is also attached to a timer that indicates the total time the speech has been delivered. With the timer display, the person whos delivering the speech will be alert of the exact time he/she has talked. A GSM modem and a LCD display are also attached to give it an extra feature as means for others to deliver a message to the speaker.
