This is a system that will recognize and predict the emotional state of an automotive drivers while driving. The system will receive inputs from several sensors including psychophysiological sensors (PPG, skin temperature, GSR, blood pressure, ECG), GPS, ambient temperature, road condition, time and will compare all the data with emotionmodel stored in the system. Based on the pattern comparison, the system will recognize the emotional state of the driver and may predict the future emotion that may arise. The system in the vehicle will advise the drivers on their emotional state and a response procedures will be activated to deal with any possibilities that may lead to aggressive driving behaviour. The response might be either in the form of alarm/alert/reminder or tuning into specific music that can change the negative emotion into positive. The system involves emotion pattern profililng of the driver to identify situation/musics that most likely will create positive emotions.
