The operator or administrator only needs to send the updated news or advertisement by sending the Short Message Service (SMS) from his/her mobile phone. The system comprises a number of electronic components such as Rabbit RCM2000 Microcontroller, LCD Display, resistor, transistor, relay and GSM Modem.
