Accessibility to toilet during hajj is one of the issues faced by pilgrims. This issue got worse as the number of hajj pilgrims increases and the various illnesses faced by pilgrims such as gout, knee pain, and osteoarthritis (OA). As a result, many pilgrims may not be able to perform only once in their life. To overcome this issue, a new product namely SUCI-MALE URINAL SYSTEM (S-MUS) is proposed. The product is designed to allow users to urinate easily hygienically without going to toilet. Various design methods have been employed to design and fabricate the product, such as FMEA, AHP, back flow test, shariah compliance and Quality Function Development (QFD). The prototype has been developed to allow users to urinate comfortably and hygienically.
