Survey was conducted to identify the disadvantages of existing bearing puller such as complex design, heavy, expensive, etc. To overcome these disadvantages, a new bearing removal that has good criteria such as easy to use, easy to handle, portable, lightweight has been proposed. -To design a new bearing removal for motorcycle that will not damage the shaft during taking out the bearing. -To produce a more comfortable bearing removal for the users. A new Bearing Removal Design that allows users to remove the bearing from the motorcycle crankshaft.
