The present invention discloses a safe casing assembly for a sniper rifle. The assembly comprises a first member with a tubular sleeve section having a first elongated cavity, and a second member. The first member snuggly mounts a bolt carrier of the sniper rifle so as to permit expenditure of ammunition along an ejection port of the first member. The first member comprises an L-shaped groove for slidably retaining a charging knob of the bolt carrier in first and second rest positions. The second member comprises a recess for mounting the first member and a hollow tube having a second elongated cavity such that the tubular sleeve section resting on the recess is substantially aligned with the hollow tube forming a continuous longitudinally extending cavity. The second member has a connector for coupling to a buttstock and an engagement means for coupling to a rifle grip of the said sniper rifle.
