The present invention relates to a portable and simple robot system for painting particularly 2D surfaces. The robot system includes a spray-can system configured with a motor-controlling system that includes motor assemblies. The robot system is mountable on a vertical painting board. The robot system is user programmable through GUI in a computer, to move the spray-can system according to the programmed coordinates over the painting board, while following another program for spraying of the paint by a spray nozzle having a motorized control.
