The identification of variations plants alkaloids, terpenoids, flavonoids, and tannins have been identified to obtained antibacterial effects and improve healing properties using rat model. Current rat model that has been induced with chemical to induce psoriasis skin condition showed improvement in skin quality, less swelling, and improve skin pigmentation. Innovate feature of this project is the use of natural resources which is clitoria ternatea and Ganoderma lucidum extract as main ingredient to help improve psoriasis skin condition. The product are formulated in the form of gel which is easy to apply to the effected skin area. We aim this project can be commercialized in the future due to its usefulness and safe for all ages, gender, ethnic and religion. It has the potential for commercialization since the low cost to create aquas gel with clitoria ternatea and Ganoderma extract. The product are made from natural ingredients and no added steroids making it suitable for sensitive skin. In addition, no alcohol is added to the product making it "halal" compliance and suitable to be used for Muslim. This innovation aims to provides a better health condition to patient suffering from psoriasis condition and its match with the goal of SDG 3 which is seeking and ensuring health and well-being for all, at every stages of life. The uniqueness of this product is that it does not involve any harmful chemicals starting from the extraction method until the finalized product. This will give a peace of mind to consumer that want to apply and use the product for substantial duration.
