Description
The present innovation is to provide a rapid and sensitive technique to detect the presence of the dengue virus among asymptomatic people. The technique comprises the integrated RGO-PAMAM thin film with SPR sensor in order to detect envelope proteins of dengue virus (DENV E-proteins). To the best of our knowledge, this is first study on detection of DENV E-proteins. It has been proven that the detection limit was 0.08 pM within time detection of 8 min only.
