Description
The present invention relates to an oligonucleotide for quantifying hepatitis B (HBV) DNA using digital polymerase chain reaction, characterised in that the oligonucleotide consists of a nucleotide sequence complementary to a sequence of HBV surface region; wherein the HBV surface region spanning nucleotide positions 155-835; wherein the nucleotide positions are relative to a reference genome of NC_003977.
