Description
Earthquake Zone Emergency Personal Locator (GEMPALOCATE) has been developed to enhance the effectiveness of search and rescue efforts for individuals trapped in a collapsed structure in the aftermath of an earthquake. The individual user will have to carry a cell phone that is preinstalled with the GEMPALOCATE software. This will provide the GEMPALOCATE client software and GEMPALOCATE monitoring services for individuals living and working in an earthquake zone.
