This invention relates to the enhancing of structures integrated in laminated system for the construction of hard panel articles, members, structures, and the likes. More specifically, this invention is geared towards anti-ballistics application and the supported structures to dynamic and static loading. The invention also covers the characteristics of a specific region on plies composition & its thickness levels as technical properties that substantially offer better mechanical strength & good performance for anti ballistic strength in multi-layers laminate system with low-cost of material, low-cost of fabrication, & short time of fabrication.
