A fracture reduction device for tibia and fibula fractures comprises of a rigid base with a sliding means connected to it; a supporting means attached to the base; first clamp mounted on the sliding means in such that enables the lower segment of the fractured bone subjected to transverse translation in coronal plane while the first clamp being moved along the sliding means ; an adjustable support extends through a receiving compartment of the first clamp by which the lower segment of the fractured bone can be subjected to axial distraction and/or compression while the adjustable support being adjusted through the receiving compartment; second clamp mounted on the adjustable support in such that the lower segment of the fractured bone is subjected to vertical translation and virus and/or valgus alignment when the second clamp being adjusted; and a rotatable loading support to receive the lower segment of the fractured bone with rotational handle of the rotatable loading support extended through a receiving compartment on the second clamp and adjustment on the rotational handle of the rotatable loading support lead to axial rotation of the lower segment of the fractured bone.
