Description
The present invention disclosed a renal targeting drug carrier for treating renal impairment. The renal targeting drug carrier consists of poly-L-glutamic acid, PG for targeting and treating kidney diseases. Besides, a method (10) to produce a renal targeting drug carrier consists of poly-L-glutamic acid, PG conjugated with renal protecting drug is also disclosed in the present invention.
