Description
The present invention discloses a method to eliminate contamination during Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification, LAMP assay for diagnosis of human malaria comprising the steps of preparing LAMP assay reaction mixture; adding Uracil DNA Glycosylase, UDG enzyme and Deoxyuridine Triphosphate, dUTP into the reaction mixture; and overlaying a layer of mineral oil onto the top of LAMP assay reaction mixture.
