The present invention relates to a guided double barrel drill sleeve for osteotomy. Accordingly, the guided double barrel drill sleeve includes at least two barrel drill sleeves, a guiding member and a handle. The barrel drill sleeves are attached in parallel to one another. The barrel drill sleeves having a proximal end, and a distal end. The guiding member is positioned at the distal end of the barrel drill sleeve. The guiding member provides an axis for rotating the barrel drill sleeves. The handle is positioned at the proximal end of the barrel drill sleeve for holding the barrel drill sleeve.
