The present invention relates to a pressure relief training system, characterized by a plurality of sensing elements distributed over a pad for detecting light exposed onto a pad; a microcontroller connected with the plurality of sensing elements, a timer, and an alert means; a voltage regulator connected to the microcontroller and the plurality of sensing elements to regulate voltage of the pressure relief training system; a display panel connected to the microcontroller to display a pre-set time interval based on a pressure mapping done on a user; wherein the plurality of sensing elements detects no light exposed onto the pad when the user is seated on the pad, thereby activating the timer according to the pre-set time interval; wherein the alert means alerts the user when the pre-set time interval is reached; wherein the plurality of sensing elements detects light exposed onto the pad when the user is off the pad, thereby inactivating the timer and the alert means
