This invention discloses obtaining of a multiplex pcr-based detection system targeting 5 types of plasmodium sepsis (P. Falciparum, P. Vivax, P. Knowlesi, P. Malariae, P.Ovale). Generally, all novel primers used in the present invention were specially designed using bioinformatics approach. This system involved only 1 step PCR with specific optimized conditions. This PCR-based detection system is sensitive enough to detect particular plasmodium species at low parasitemia level.
