The present invention relates to a process of creating a medical stimulator by having a patients body scanned through any type of imaging system, wherein the similar scanned organs are being use as a template to create a 3D model via 3D printing. More particularly, the making of 3D models or sliders requires different kind of materials which possess different penetration rate of X-ray for image guided surgery. The invention involves a method to model and produce a medical stimulator characterized in that, method comprising an imaging acquisition from any software, a clinical validation, an image partitioning process by any medical computer aided design (CAD) software, a 3d printing, a cleaning process which includes a heat curing process and a molding process for fabrication of a slidable block and modular block having a region of interest (roi) of targeted organs.
