Water sampling device comprising: a hollow cylindrical container (100) having two open end; a holder (102) is attached at a surface of the hollow cylindrical container (100) for holding the hollow cylindrical container (100); a ring (104) is tied by a connector (106) at an upper side of the hollow cylindrical container (100); an upper valve (108) and a lower valve (110) are connected each other by a cord (112) and were placed inside the hollow cylindrical container (100), the upper valve (108) is on top and the lower valve (110) is at bottom of the hollow cylindrical container (100) wherein the upper valve (108) and lower valve (110) is a one way valve, the cord (112) is extended from the upper valve (108) and out of the hollow cylindrical container (100) and linked to the holder (102); and a strand (200) with a hook (202) at one end wherein the hook (202) is removably engaged to the ring (104) for holding and drive the hollow cylindrical container (100) to a desired depth.
