This system is design to assist authorities in managing solid waste illegal dumping in Malaysia. The system is a web based programme of geotagging platform which is able to report, alert and responds any incidents on illegal dumping using smart phone. In this system, photos captured by site officer will be tagged in ArcGIS system according to GPS location coordinate send by the officer. One of advantages of this system is, it able to provide notification for administering the new incoming dumping cases using alert system. An alert will be pop up on the map showing photos, location, time, date, waste category and severity as submitted by site officer. Monitoring officer (system admin) can forward the incidents to the relevant enforcement officer via email. The system can be accessed anywhere at anytime by on site users or admin at HQ. Multiple users can access the system from multiple centres. All access to the platform is protected by user login authentication. Admin can edit and create new case on the map and also include with further details. The data also can be submitted in bulk using excel worksheet. All information are
