A highly valid and reliable portable prototype stress biosensor device to measure cortisol levels in standard solutions, human serum and blood; and psychological profile instrument have been successfully developed and ready for commercialization. The stress biosensor system comprises two major components, particularly a modified screen printed carbon electrode for sampling; and a portable electrochemical potentiostat reader to read and display the readings of cortisol levels.
